A unique treatment method during the pressure transition phase
The compression bandage consists of non-elastic bands connected to one another. The bands are equipped with a Velcro closure and an integrated Built-In-Pressure System (BPS). The Built-In-Pressure System is a tool for setting the desired compression. By holding the BPS chart against the markings on the bandage, the compression can be set and monitored. When all bands of the bandage are set within the same compression range, this results in a pressure gradient that decreases upwards from the wrist. The bandage provides a low resting pressure and a high working pressure, allowing it to be worn at night. The resting pressure is the pressure the bandage exerts on a lying, resting body part. The working pressure represents the pressure the bandage exerts during movement.
The bandage is made with Breath-O-Prene material. This material is breathable and provides the bandage with the required adaptability. Furthermore, the bandage is made of odor-resistant and antimicrobial fabric.
